About Brahmamgari Matham: Pothuluru Veerabrahmendra Swamy was a well-known sage in the 17th century. He has been credited to be the "future assumption of his time' and he is the author of 'Kaala Gnanam' which is the work of chanting poems with future assumption and he had thousands of apostle who followed his basis and truths.

Veerabrahmam,the famous oracle lived, Veerabrahmam entered jeeva Samadhi in the year1693 in the place of brahmamgari matam was built in Kadimallypalli and the walls  are covered with the peaching and predictions of Veeerabrahmam, Carved statues and beautiful painting of Veerabrahman made this place worth to visit. In  around this Matham, there are other worthy places like Siddaiah jeeva Samathi, Eswaramma temple and Poleramma temple , It is located 60 km from Kadapa It is located in Brahmamgari Matham mandal of Rajampet revenue division , It is a pilgrimage centre there is no ancient  proof about Veerabrahmam's exact date of birth. Veerabrahmam parents were Paripurnacharya and Prakrithamba,of vishwabrahmina family belonging to a remote village of Kadapa.

Brahmamsagar Reservoir:

Sri Pothuluri Veerabrahmendra Swamy Reservoir is part of the Telugu Ganga irrigation project ,Its stone foundation was location by the late NT Rama Rao ,the reservoir has a capacity of 2 billion cubic meters. Along with the surrounding hills, the reservoir has become a popular tourist place. AP Tourism operates a boat there.

Eshwari Devi matam is a famous pilgrimage centre located in Brahmamgari Matham ,It is the place of Sree Veerabrahmendra Swami Sajeeva samdhi, and where Sree Eshwari Devi Jeeva samadhis are located. Eshwaridevi is the grand daughter of Pothuluru Veerabrahmendra. Eshwaridevi was the heir of Govindaswami (elder son of Pothuluru Veerabrahmendra) and Girimamba. She was the elder daughter of Govindaswami, her siblings being Kashamamba, Kalamamba, Sharavamba, and Shankaramamba.

 Kalagnanam and miracles:

Like Pothuluru Veerabrahmendra kalagnam, she also wrote kalagnana, preaching Veerabrahmendra kalagnanam and advaitha siddantham. The kalagnama written by Eshwaramma varu can be seen in the villages Kongala ramapuram and Kona samudram, and are receiving the daily poojas in the temples. The chief disciples of Eshwari devi ammavaru were Chatukonda Chengayya Shetty and Yogi Subbayyacharya, and travelled all over India with Ammavaru. She did some miracles like made Shapa vimochanam for the brahma Rakshasi at Badvel village, Lightning of lamps with water at Vinukonda Village.

Their parents died on Swamy's birth and Veerabrahmendra Swamy was brought up at Atri Mahamuni Ashram. Sree Veerabhojayacharya, Head of the Paapagni Mutt, Chikballapur, Karnataka, was on his pilgrimage tour with his wife. The couple visited the Sage Atri Ashram, and Sage Atri gave the child to the Veerabhojayacharya couple. The Veerabhojayacharya couple took the child as God's gift, and returned to Paapagni Mutt. The child was named as 'Veeram Bhotlaiah'. People started listening to his chantings and philosophical poems and with due respect, called him 'Srimadvirat Pothuluri Veera Brahmendra Swami.Thousands of people gathered to hear his famous Kaalagnanam.he predicted that amrutam will come out from bark of a tree which took place near markolpalli . He predicted the Kurnool floods. According to his followers, almost 90 percent of his assuption came true. The much publicized Yaganti Basavaiah to live and shout is yet to shock. There are many stories in Andhra Pradesh about his life, but very few of them  historical evidence .So many places to see here are the Matam, the Veerabrahmam dam and a couple of temples.It is well facilitated with roads. Along with the surrounding hills, the reservoir has become a popular tourist place. AP Tourism operates a boat there.

The preferable route from Kadapa to Kandimallayapalle is via Mydukur. From Mydukur, the distance is 37 km. The nearest railway station to Brahmamgari Matam is Kadapa. Kandimallayapalle is 60 km from Kadapa. The nearest airport is Kadapa airport.
