About Kotappakonda: Kotappakonda Temple, also called as Sri Trikoteswara Swami Temple, is situated in the top of the Trikoota Hills in Kotappakonda village near from 13 kms Narasarao peta Guntur Andra Pradesh India.
According to the legends, the temple was established before 1172 A.D. surrounded by a number of kings who ruled the position Sri Krishna Deva Raya offering huge chunks of lands for the maintenance of the temple.
While Narsaraopet, Chilakuripet, Amaravathi Jamindhars and several kings  include offered generously for the expansion of the temple. The temple of Sri Trikoteswara Swamy is at the height of 600 feet andheight of the Kotappa Konda or Kotappa hill is 1587 feet and the.The main temple at arrived dissimilar three ways to climb up the hill.
