About Tallapaka Annamaacharyaa: This is very small village, birth place of saint Annamacharya, the well-known composer  of devotional songs on Lord venkateshwara..He prepared invaluable contributions to music and literature during 15th century. surrounded by the premises of Annamacharya temple, there are other temples such as Chennakesaswamy temple, Siddheswaraswamy temple and Hanuman temple made this devout significant and serene, locate 68 km from Kadapa.Highly venerated shrines such as Siddheswara Swamy temple and Sudharshana Chakra  temple are located here.Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya (1408-1503) the saint musician of the 15th century is the unfortunate musician of India to compose 32k songs called “sankirtanas” in admire of Lord Venkateswara. Annamacharya was born (May 9, 1408 – February 23, 1503) also known as Annamayya ,Annamacharyulu is saint musician of carnatic music. He is the brilliant of Saint composer Thallapaka Annamayya, who is said   to have written 32,000  kirthanas in praise of  lord  Sri venkateswara.

He was born in a Brahmin family be owned by the Nandavarika society in Tallapaka village. which is in Cuddapah district of present-day Andhra Pradesh. But it was at the age of 16 that he realized its true bring in and leaving his home he set out for the consecrated hill. In nearby Ahobilam, he enrolled as a supporter of Shathakopa Yati (d 1458), a vast scholar and studied the Vaishnavaa philosophy. He was married to two women, Timmakka garu and Akkalamma garu. Foremost the life of a householder, Annamacharya continual dedicating his life to singing the honor of Vishnu and over the years, giant quantity of songs emerged. He sang at least one song everyday on the deity, all of them structured with pallavi and charanas. Annamacharya wrote the sankirtanas on palm leaves and soon his son Tirumalacharya got them stamped on copper plates. But these copper plates lay secreted in a rock built cell reverse to Hundi in the Tirumala temple unobserved for over 400 years.
 

Totally 32,000 songs that he is believed to have composed, 14,000 are available to us. The larger part of around 12000 songs comprises erotic themes depicting the love making of the divine couple Venkateswara and Alamelumanga. These are referred to as Sringara Sankirtanas. The lasting, classified as Adhyatmika Sankirtanas deal with devotion and higher philosophy. The devotional songs explain Alavelumangamma garu, SriVenkateswara, temple rituals and social practices. These do not relate to philosophy alone.

His child Chinna Tirumalacharya wrote Annamacharya’s history. He was well known Chinna Tirumalacharya states that Purandara Dasa met Annmacharya and the similar in the pallavi Saranu Saranu Surendra Vandita and Saranu Saranu Surendra Sevita, in that order by the two composers; both in Palavi tone are presented as internal evidence.Tallapaka Tirumalamma or Timmakka  was a famous Telugu poet who wrote Subhadra Kalyanam in Telugu.She was wife of eminent singer-poet Annamacharya and was popularly known as TimmakkaShe is measured as the first Telugu woman poet. She was born into a Brahmin's family.
